  17. Evaluate a union installation vs. a non-union installation.
  18. Attend coordination meetings.
  19. Provide comprehensive review of light fixture packages and present optional cost savings.
  20. Provide comprehensive review of your current utility costs on electric, gas, and water.  Offer possible more cost effective choices.
