1. Providing timely notices to construction managers and owners for delays, escalation.
2. Insert notes on change orders protecting their rights for additional compensation or time extension.
3. Track labor graphs to ensure there will not be a need for over manning the job due to owner’s or contractor’s issues.  This is the most common reason for cost overages and loss of income in the business.
4. Detect early warning sign on labor graphs to avoid costly over manning.
5. Demand updated schedule from the construction manager.  Request the float on the schedule
